Of course they are! We know how important is it to clean and sanitize, especially in this day and age. We specialize in sanitizing, as we also own a commercial cleaning company. We only use top quality disinfectant to always make sure that each product is clean and sanitized before and after each use.

Certainly, any item we deliver (with a smile) we provide the set up and take down.

For all cancellations, we ask that you message or call us 24 hours BEFORE your rental date to receive a full refund or a date change. Once the delivery is made, or if you have picked up the product, there will no longer be a refund.

As soon as you know what date your event is, we highly recommend you book with us to ensure our products are available for your specific date.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we do! We provide FREE local delivery in the Bradford West Gwillimbury area (some exceptions apply). Any other destinations, we would be happy to provide you with a quote.

Of course we will! We always make sure you know exactly how to use a product before leaving. And if you ever run into a problem, contact us and we'll help you to the best of our ability.

We prefer to set up castles on Grass, this is the safest. We can setup on asphalt or concrete when needed. Please let us know.

We cannot operate bouncy castles in strong rain, high winds, or in areas where it is muddy. If your reservation must be canceled due to inclement weather prior to setup, we will refund your deposit or we will do our best to reschedule. If you continue with your party and conditions change you are responsible for full payment once equipment has been onloaded.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit when making a booking to hold your rental.
What kind of power is required?
What kind of power is required?
We plug into a standard household outlet. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bouncy castle should be no more than 75 ft from that outlet. Generators are available at extra cost.
What type of supervision is required?
For safety , each unit requires at least one adult supervisor at all times. Supervisors must be 16 years or older. Supervisors are responsible to ensure all participants follow the rules and regulations.
