Frequently Asked Questions

Are your rentals clean or sanitized?

Of course they are! We know how important it is to clean and sanitize, especially in this day and age. We specialize in sanitizing, as we also own a commercial cleaning company. We only use top quality disinfectant to always make sure that each item is clean and sanitized before and after each use.

Do you deliver and set up the Bouncy Castle?

Certainly, any inflatable we deliver (with a smile) we provide the set up and take down.

How far in advance should I reserve my unit?

As soon as you know the date of your event. We highly recommend you book with us to ensure our products are available for your specific date.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do! We provide FREE local delivery in Bradford West Gwillimbury area (some exceptions apply). Any other destinations, we would be more than happy to provide you with a quote

Will you show me how to use the food machine?

Of course we will. We always make sure you know exactly how to use a product before leaving. And if you ever run into a problem, contact us and we will help you to the best of our ability.

What is your cancellation policy?

For all cancellations, we ask that you message or call us 24 hours BEFORE your rental date to receive a full refund or a date change. Once the delivery is made, or if you have picked up the product, we can no longer issue a refund.

What surface can you set up on?

We prefer to set up our inflatables on grass, this is the safest. We can set up on asphalt or concrete when needed. Please let us know.

Do you provide extension cords?

We do have some extension cords but not enough for all of our inflatables. Please have your own extension cords available if need be.

What is your weather policy?

We cannot operate bouncy castles in strong rain, high winds, or in areas where it is muddy. If your reservation must be cancelled due to inclement weather prior to set up, we will refund your deposit or we will do our best to reschedule. If you continue with your party and conditions change you are responsible for full payment once equipment has been onloaded.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we do require a deposit when making a booking to hold your rental.

What type of power is required?

We plug into a standard household outlet. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bouncy castle should be no more than 75ft from that outlet. Generators are available at extra cost.

What type of supervision is required?

For safety, each unit requires at least on adult supervisor at all times. Supervisors must be 16 years or older. Supervisors are responsible to ensure all participants follow the rules and regulations.

Are you TSSA certified?

At the moment we are NOT. But we work closely with a company that is. So, in the event that you may need an inflatable for a commercial event, we can still help you. Although, the inflatables that we can use are not listed on our website
